URA represents a association that gathers more than 25 tour operators and agents whose main activity is inbound tourism in Serbia. Potential members of the association must meet high professional and ethical standards, as well as demonstrate an enviable knowledge of the destination in order to join our association.
Our association has over 25 members, namely travel agencies, tour operators, and other companies and agents specialized in the field of inbound tourism, transportation, hospitality, and all those who earn by providing services for international travel to Serbia and the Balkans.
The URA Association offers a wide spectrum of regulatory work, ensuring that the value of tourism is recognized and that its members are heard. Being part of the organization or community helps tour operators or tourism businesses become more connected, empowered, and informed. URA works on creating collaboration, learning, and growth for members of the inbound tourism industry.
Our activities range from issues of tourism regulation, consumer protection, visa policy, standards, etc., to destination matters (promotion of selected destinations, dealing with destination issues, such as health and safety, travel restrictions, etc.).
The URA Association is recognized by the industry and decision-makers as the leading representative of inbound travel agents and tour operators and is valued as a consultative partner for any policy that may affect the activities of travel agents and tour operators.
